
Carrots: I have started trying to eat a carrot everyday. I never realized how good they are for you until I looked it up the other day. Give it a try! They are very good for you!

Pumpkin Seeds: Jud, Luke and I are all addicted to these. We buy two containers of them each time we go to wal-mart. We also have Charlie and Laura hooked on them as well!

Mini Fig Newtons: Again all three of us are hooked on these. Luke eats them a lot for breakfast. They make for a semi healthy snack. :)

I do like the Pumpkin seeds; I also tried the Flax Cereal a while back and liked it but just haven't got it anymore. I have been eating cheerios which are also a good choice.
