Neti Pot

I keep having sinus problems and was thinking about trying one of these neti pots. Do any of you use one? Do they work?

Anonymous said...: I have one and I love it and use it all the time. I really bad allergies and living in the AL doesn't help. I don't boil my water - it takes too much time! I just use luke warm water and go with it.

Ashley Crocks said...: I use mine all the time. Florida is rough on the pollen this time of year. I don't boil my water either. The pot usually comes with salt that you mix into the tap water and that really helps. It takes some practice, but makes a difference.; April 8, 2011 at 8:50 AM

Jesse Faris said...: Ok, I have been on both sides of this fence. And my resting position is: Awesomeness. I hate actually doing the Neti Pot, but the benefits are worth it.

The past three years, I've gotten an awful sinus infection and ear infections during the month of April. With the help of a morning and evening Neti Pot, I am breathing easy!
